These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access, browse, or use the bdg33 platform available at https://bdg33.lat (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bdg33 ("bdg33", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you ("the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bdg33. bdg33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location from any user at any time. Where a user fails to satisfy these eligibility requirements, bdg33 will close the account and void any outstanding bets, bonuses, and balances in accordance with applicable law.

To access the full range of services on the bdg33 Platform, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify bdg33 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdg33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers our fraud detection systems. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

bdg33 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdg33 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
